Walking, feeling, sleeping, awakening,
A common day will never come
This body was finished the moment it became aware
I began to scream; this is life

If - these feet were to become free,
They would leave this room
If - these feet were to become free,
I might feel human

If God exists, how powerless I am!
Clinging to this pulsing thread

It's painful, it hurts,
Yet I want to live
Even if I might never sleep in peace again
This body was expired
The day it was born

It painful, it hurts,
Yet I want to live
Even if I might never sleep in peace again
The countless fleeting 'what if's' are being cut up
To the sound of this electro-cardiogram

Birth, awakening, sleep, and then,
What comes next?
I dreamt of countless transient "what if's",
Long into the morning

I waited with held breath,
I waited for the crimson morning,
I wait for the...

This one was fairly easy to translate, though it seems impossible to make the line 'The countless fleeting 'what if's' are being cut up to the sound of the electro-cardiogram' sound natural. By the way, an electro-cardiogram is a machine that helps keep your heart beating, I think.
Also, the line 'I begin to cry, this is my life', is literally translated as 'Beginning to cry/scream; life', so on that line I'm especially confused, although I think I got it well enough.
As always, enjoy~ ^^

EDIT: Changed it a bit -- I think it's more accurate now~ ^^

Do you think you have the romanji(ized) of the the Kana lyrics?

  2. @kyotoprincess -- You're welcome! ^^ (Unfortunately, I doubt these are very accurate... >.<""") And sure... I'm gonna put them in a comment, because I can... XD;;;

Anything in parenthesis is how it SHOULD be pronounced, anything right before parenthesis ('ha' before 'wa', wo before 'o') is how it's written... Japanese technicalities, you know? >.<
